Specimen Preparation: Transfer 5 mL whole blood to ARUP Standard Transport Tubes. (Min: 1 mL) Do not freeze. Specimen must be received within 48 hours of draw. Submit to vendor lab directly; contact ARUP Referral Testing for direct submission procedure.
Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated.
Remarks: Date of draw is required.
